YouTube started Live Steaming site Youtube.com/Live on Friday (8th April, 2011). First time, YouTube adds live streaming
abilities and discovery tools directly into YouTube platforms. It will
add live stream video of most popular concerts, sporting events, and
interviews for its viewers. At the latest YouTube Live Steaming site,
you can always see the most compelling live events occurrence on YouTube

Currently, YouTube live streaming site is limited to few partners, but it is planning to offer this service to range of partners in next few months.
