ads on facebook's new money making service. Facebook offers reward
program especially for those users who desire to enjoy certain ads with
Facebook credits system that can be redeemed to purchase real world
goods on “Facebook Deals”.
Facebook latest reward program is part of facebook new joint venture with TrialPlay, social game offer provider and its advertised stage called DealSpot. Generally, the ads will be in games. Digital Chocolate, Zynga and Crowdstar are contributing with the game publishers. To provide ads on the program, currently Facebook is working with SocialVibe, SupersonicAd, Epic Media, Sharethrough and also TrialPay which will give analytics.
Recently, Dan Greenberg, CEO of Sharethrough commented on facebook latest move that Facebook’s move represents “a step away from interruptive advertising.” Greenberg, whose clients include Microsoft and Nestle, says his network won’t deliver traditional advertising but rather branded entertainment, which consumers will want to watch and share with friends.
