Users can pay either by CashCard or NET ATM card for different bills at AXS stations. Users can make partial payment as well as outstanding payments including overdue interests through AXS stations.

• Auto Bill Payment

Select Bills >> Loans >> HSBC >> Enter Auto Financing account number >> Enter vehicle number >> select either to pay "Instalment Only", "Overdue Interest Only" or "Instalment & Overdue Interest" e.g. Select "Instalment & Overdue Interest" >> Enter monthly instalment amount >> Enter overdue interest amount >> Confirm >> payment mode - "NETS" or "CashCard" e.g. Select "NETS" >> “Savings" or "Current" account and key in your ATM pin >> Payment successful.

• Personal line of credit bill

Select Pay Bills >> Loans >> HSBC's Personal Line of Credit >> 12-digit personal line of credit account no. >> amount >> OK >> OK to print a receipt >> NETS to continue >> “Cancel" if you want to cancel the payment >> your account type >> Insert NETS ATM card Choose "Savings" or "Current" account and key in your ATM pin >> account type >> ATM card PIN no. >> Collect your ATM card >> Payment successful.

Users also make payment of Insurance premiums, HSBC personal line of credit bills and credit bills at more than 300 SingPost S.A.M™ and also at 60 post offices mentioned by the HSBC bank. This way, bank provides flexibility in paying different bills.
